At Raweritage Hair, we ensure that every order arrives exactly as expected. Due to the nature of our products, we apply specific conditions for returns and refunds.
Returns:
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the hair remains in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, the hair must be:
•Unopened
•Unused and unworn
•Unwashed and unbrushed
•Uncut, uncolored, and unaltered
•Kept in its original packaging and plastic protection
•In the same condition as when received
We cannot accept returns of hair that has been installed, worn, washed, brushed, cut, colored, bleached, or otherwise altered.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns must be pre-approved by Raweritage Hair. Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions via email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective items:
If you receive an incorrect item, if your order is incomplete, or if the hair arrives damaged or defective due to an issue on our end or that of our supplier, please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

After reviewing your case, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, a return, or a refund, as applicable.
If we are responsible for the incident, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the payment method originally used for the order.
Refunds are processed by our payment system and may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Where applicable, refunds will be issued within the timeframes stipulated by current consumer protection legislation.

Please note that orders may be processed shortly after payment is received. Once an order has been processed, purchased from our supplier, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
